Flame Whip

Target a creature within range, slinging a long whip of fire at them. The target must make a Strength saving throw, taking 8d8 Fire damage on a fail or half as much on a success. Creatures that fail are pulled up to 15ft closer to you (your choice).

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target an additional creature within 10ft of the original target per spell slot above 3rd.
